Tournament Report (11th September)

Went to the tournament at Jurong East today , hosted by Weemin (Fireowner/fireloser). Met alot of people there and surprisingly , there are alot of people whom joined today's tournament , much more than we expected.

Made some trades before the thing started, and chatted with some people whom i haven't seen for awhile like Viral , Axehead and Fireowner. Soon , the thing started.

Format : Double Elimination

Match 1 : VS Kenneth (Hopeless Dragon)

Round 2 : Once again , Future Fusion kills, even though i destroyed it.

Round 1 : Pulled off the AKB stunts and discarded his cards like mad.

Round 2 : Dimensional Fissure wrecks this deck.

Round 3 : Brain Controlled his Murmillo , attacked and tagged for my sided Bestiari to destroy his Dimensional Fissure! Side Decking rocks! went to win later.

Round 2 : He was decking out , and i Threatening Roar'ed at the wrong time. He swarmed me soon after with 1 card left in his deck. Bad mistake

It was a fun day , and i learned alot about the weaknesses of my Volcanic Cat deck. Made a few good trades to get some more cards for this deck. I will be heading down for the Jurong tournament tomorrow to test out some new techs and experimental cards.
